Italy VFR points

Hello
I've created a list of all Italy VFR waypoints, as listed in ENR 6.3.1-1, AIRAC effective date 18 NOV 2010.

I only have one issue. As I try to edit one of my waypoints, Plan-G crashes to desktop.

May anybody help to find out what's wrong with my .csv file?

The VFR refpoint file is no longer available.
Is there any other source for the file?

Only the link has changed. Go to Avsim and search for "VFR waypoints" and you will find it and other similar files.

sorry can't find it on avsim. VRP brings me 2 FS2004 files. "VRP waypoints" zero search results.

There is this page with Swiss, Germany and Austria VRP's. Note, that the files are not up to date (status 2015/2016)
