After new installation of plan G into XP and Fs9 the program stops when connecting to Fs9. Getting error messages? How to fix this Tim ?? thanks in advance. Kilo Bravo

Hello Tim, After new installation plan G will not hook-up,I have XP withFs9. It did before,program starts, when I connect I get fault message (event type P4 window base, P9, and other secret signs) What to do please >:(
