I've put the GZtile files into the DEM folder. On page 37 of the manual it states that when a flightplan has been loaded and the plan elevaton tickbox selected on the "home" ribbon an elevation window will open at the bottom of the plan-g screen. I can`t find the Plan elevation tick box, help please

I have a second monitor set up can I put moving map on it and at the same time use the main monitor for general flying ,cockpit views etc please tell me how. thanks
