Very good news.
My problem has been solved by deinstallation and reinstallation of Plan-G software. Something was wrong during previous installation.

Good day,
I did install today version 3.2.1.151 and I am no longer able to connect with FS 2004, what was perfect with previous version v3.1.3
I did probably make something wrong but I do not find what.
I did choose FSUIPC for the connexion and indicated the route to my simu in the options.
What else to be done?

I did follow your advise. I had the version 3.40 and upgraded with version 3.999.
It works now perfectly.

Yes I have tried to use FS and G Plan under admin profil but it did not help.
For the aspect of FSUIPC outdated, how can I check and eventually update?

I am a liitle bit confused and need help to understand what turned wrong in my PC.
I have used since many months FS 9 and plan G version 2 on my computer under windows 7. I appreciate very much the Plan G software.
I am accustomed to use the follow up of my flight with the yellow plane in the center of the map.
Very recently I have been unable to use this very attractive tracking because now when i press the connection button, I get a message saying:
"One of more programs you are using is not accredited for access to an unregistred copy of FSUIPC."
Hoping that this problem would be solved with the new version, I downloaded the new version 3 but the same problem appears with this new version.
Looking on the FAQ I have seen that the FS9 plus G Plan operation does not require registered FSUIPC. I have tried to operate both FS 9 and G Plan under administ but with no success. I have following info in the FSUIPC log:
