Plan-G / VRP Names shortened in plan waypoints
December 19, 2010, 06:44:37 PM
Hi Tim,

once more, thanks again for Plan-G :-)

I have imported some VRP points (VFR notification points for Spain) with Plan-G 2.0.2.481.

¿ Why are the VRP names shortened in the plan table (waypoints column, please see enclosed image) ?

Thankyou very much for your help.

Plan-G / Descriptions of waypoints lost on plan table
August 22, 2010, 06:00:22 PM
Hi,

once I have finished a flight plan with custom waypoints (also added to the database), if I close the plan, and reopen it again, the descriptions of the waypoints disappear on the table on the right. In fact, they are lost forever on the table.

Is this normal ?

It would be nice to keep the descriptions of the waypoints.

Thankyou very much for Plan-G.

Best regards,
Guillermo

Yes of course, I have added the .csv extension to the file due to the upload restrictions.

I also noticed that if you configure explorer to open .pln files with Plan-G, Plan-G does nothing with the file argument and you have to open the .pln file manually.

Thankyou very much for your help, let me know if I could help you in some way.

I also have problems loading flight plans made with version 0.8.1 in version 0.9.0.

When I load a .pln file done with version 0.8.1 a lot of black lines appear on the map with version 0.9.0.

Please, if you need more information let me know.

Plan-G / Elevation profile
November 29, 2009, 11:55:17 AM
Hi Tim,

first of all thank you so much for the great job you are doing with Plan-G. It is fantastic !!!

Do you plan to include a "elevation profile" in a future version of Plan-G ?

At http://www.heywhatsthat.com/profiler.html there is an example of another Google Maps based application that include this feature. It is a web application not a desktop application.

Again, thank you very much for Plan-G.

Best regards,
Guillermo
