Thanks for information and for the good news.
The important thing is that you identified the issue, then sooner or later I hope you can find time to solve it.
Thanks for your time and support and... for the great software.

After reading your posts I made a littel more troubleshooting.
It seems at the moment of push the Print Plan (or print map) button, the temp.xps file is created, but maybe it's not released.
If attempting print the flight plan is possible open and print the temp.xps using Windows xps viewer, if attempting print the map the xps viewer says the file is in use.
Moreover, closing Plan-G sometimes delete the temp.xps, someothers don't.

In any case, the xps file is printable using xps viewer, instead Plan-G print blank papers, except for a little grey framework, as it reads uncorrectly or cannot access the xps file.

At the moment the print temp.xps using the xps viewer can be a good workaround, but maybe something has to be fixed in the Printing mechanism.

Plan-G / Unable print Flight Plan
September 04, 2014, 12:51:04 AM
Hello,
I installed last 3.1.1.94 version on a windows7 x64 italian, and I cannot print anymore the flightplan.
When I try to print, a blank sheet is instead produced.
I tried reinstall thye previous working version but this one too now doesn't print anymore.

I tried to run the program as administrator and also tried some compatibility settings (xp mode) without success.
Tried also other softwares and all print correctly, Plan-G is the only one having this problem.

Please, have you some idea about what can I try to solve or troubleshoot this strange behaviour?

Hello,
I don't use Radeonpro, but have an AMD card and had others before.
For what I see, PlanG doesn't like when CCC or maybe in your case Radeonpro take control of the card.
When I set my CCC to Override Applications Settings ( which is the optimal way for Prepar3d 1.4) PlanG  often crash and I have an error like "the graphical driver stopped working and has been restored".
When I set CCC for Use Application Settings (best way for Prepar3d 2.2) also PlanG works well.

Try to make a customized profile for PlanG application, letting it have control of the graphic card.

Plan-G / Map details not presents at the start.
December 30, 2013, 08:55:04 PM
Each time I open PlanGv3 I cannot see a lot of map details, VRP, VOR, little and medium airports, and so on.
Almost the same each time, sometime differents.
I can remedy deactivating and reactivating each category, and then I see correctly all details until I close PlanG.
It's not a great problem but it's a little annoying.
Is it known? If yes does exists a solution/workaround?
Have I to do some configuration (I studied manual but no ideas)?

Plan-G / Re: User waypoints disappearing
December 30, 2013, 08:49:07 PM
OK, after some more testing and tries I think I found it.
It seems it happens when I create (intentionally or by error)  a Location waypoint and then edit it to a VRP.
Afther this, each next VRP I create deletes the previous one.
If I start creating VRP from the beginning then I can add more than one.
I made some counter test and was able to repeat the error.
Obviously it's avoidable, but maybe it's something worth of a future fix.

I discovered also another little problem, but for this I open now another thread.

Thanks for assistance and Happy new Year again.

Hello, thanks for fast reply.  :)
Yes, I downloaded and installed the last version.
It's strange as I used it (and previous versions) with no issues for several time.
Can I check something with the DB? Integrity, rights, location?

Plan-G / User waypoints disappearing
December 30, 2013, 11:35:30 AM
Hello,
just trying to add manually several waypoints to PlanGv3 and after having added a certain number of them, through several weeks,  Yesterday any new waypoint added deleted the previous one.
I add a waypoint a, then add the waypoint b and I can see the A disappear, add the c and the B disappear.
Is there a limit of user waypoint that can be added?
Am I missing something in the procedure (some save or consolidation needed)?
Thanks for any help and Happy new Year.
