Somehow I managed to re-install and it is working up to a point :

my aircraft is not shown unless I am on squawkbox -- I press connect button to show my ac and nothing happens

unable to show airport diagram --- box does not appear or open

really strange -- maybe windows 7 is in need of repairs -- there appears to be an nengine.dll problem

have added a 32 inch monitor and was re setting the resolution settings plus had to reset headset and mike and now plan g will go to accept internet connection which I ok and then nothing happens ?

there is a message when I turn on the pc which reads C\Users\Paul\AppData\Roaming\newnext.me\nengine.dll

excellent program --- absolutely brilliant --- still need to send you a donation --- will do when I have some spare cash because you deserve it !!!

I am using the updated plan g and since I installed this it will only work in full screen --- how do I reduce the size so that I can use it whilst still flying with the cockpit and scenery underneath the plan g map ---- otherwise an absolutely excellent utiltiy

Managed to get xpuipc through

deleted the old one from the plug ins but how to delete from xp root -- how to get to root plze ?

put the xpuipc folder into plug ins but there was also the xpwideclient folder -- what to do with that ?

My a/c shows up on the map now

BUT

unable to connect to vatsim -- says wron ip address --- server uk vatsim.net could not be resolved

another message -- sending multicast from : failed ! wrong ip address -- ip clients connected : 0

ip address showing as 192.168.1.20

Have downloaded the latest version which is running but still can`t see my a/c unless I am connected to vatsim ---- could this be because of xfsuicp -- do I need to download this --- tried downloading and bullguard was saying that it is infected and wouldn`t let it through !!!! Also if I fly using vatsim to see my a/c it takes a long time to update where I am !!!!

I am using x plane 10 in 64 bit with vatsim --- fired up x plane -- connected to vatsim ---- turned on plan g ---- could see vatsim a/c and controllers but could not see my a/c

does plan g work in 64 bit or do I need to download something else to make it work -- am using plan g version 3

couldn`t find an answer to my question on site anywhere --- my apologies if it is something quite obvious

Can I assign a key --- for instance m for map to ring up the map because using the mouse whilst flying can be distracting -- I know it`s only a small issue but no harm in asking

problem solved and working fine thanks -- followed your instructions

When I fly x plane using plan g the vrp name shows on the map but when I fly using fax the name does not show and if I hover my mouse over the vrp the name shows very faintly like it is greyed out -- is there a solution to this please ?
If I have not already said this I think plan g is 50,000 % on the mark -- unbelievable --- and when I can spare some cash I will definitely send you a donation because I think you are worth it --- I wouldn`t want to fly without is now !!!

I think this is a brilliant program

however -- here are my problems

using x plane 10 32 bit ( for VATSIM ) Windows 7 professional

Map shows -- can connect to vatsim and it is showing traffic and controllers

Press the connect to fs button which makes a noise nut the disconnect button remains greyed out

when trying to watch my ac moving the lock button remains greyed out and the free button is greyed out so I can`t see where I am currently located

Map is not showing any airspace -- it shows VOR`s NDB`s , lower airspace and airports etc but is not showing airspace

All in all I am sure  that this is just a glitch and will be working soon when corrected but I have to say once again --- the program is outstanding -- absolutely amazing -- incredible -- top notch -- 100 out of 10 etc etc etc
