Do I have to do that every time I file a new flight plan?

How do I get the Plan Elevation box to work?

I fly in Windowed mode. Is there a way to show Plan G in a small window while I fly and keep both FSX SE and Plan G running instead of freezing.

When I click ok in the flight plan and find an airport nothing happens. Any ideas ?

Is it even possible  to bring up the map on the same screen as your plane?
