Currently, to insert after or before a certain point, you need to open the plan panel, then click a waypoint where you wish to insert before or after - then right-click your intended map point and add it. You will have to click in the plan panel for each insertion.

The ALT planned altitude button on the HOME tab (beside the range rings) helps me.

I've noticed the same thing with drag-and-drop. I have this experience with another program I don't recall right now.

I sure it's a Mico$soft error. Look at the instrument approach for CYYZ - Toronto, Canada. It hooks up with an NDB over 600nm away. Try to fly that!

It may be a little redundant as I have noticed that most, if not all, airways are VOR based. It would be a nice addition. I think it would increase the database file by a significant amount. It's already ~128MB.
