Can somebody help please I'm tring to upgrade my plan G to V3.1.1.94 I'm unziping the file then run it and I'm getting an error Delete failed;Code 5 Access is denied.

It doesen't matter if I press yes or no it still keeps coming back,also while it is showing I am unable to access any modules
