Plan-G / Re: Graphic Problem - Plan G window resizing
February 21, 2012, 01:10:14 PM
G'day,

I've been having exactly the same problem ever since changing to Win 7 64 bit.  I thought I had done something wrong.  Plan-G is such a tremendous piece of software and I've relied on it for so long that I hope there's a way this problem can be fixed.  I don't know what I'll do without Plan-G!  Thanks again for all the generosity that you show to all of us.

Cheers,
Fritz

Plan-G / Re: Plan-G window size

So it is, so it is.  What can I say?  My brain is failing more rapidly than I thought.

Yes, thank you, I ran "ClearAllSettings" and it cleared up the problem.  Many thanks.  (I shall now creep silently away).

Cheers,
Fritz

Ummn, thanks, Tim, but I have no idea what or where the "ClearAllSettings" is.  Could you help, please?

Plan-G / Plan-G window size
August 14, 2011, 08:14:21 AM
G'day,

First of all a huge thank you to Tim for Plan-G.  Totally brilliant and very, very generous.

My problem is that when I try to open Plan-G it opens to a tiny title bar and considers that as it's "half size" window.  (See photo).  I can make it a full screen window but to resize it I half to manually resize the small version each time.  This began quite suddenly and I can not understand what's what.  Before Plan-G always opened to a half sized window.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.  I don't think it's a Windows problem because no other programs have this behaviour.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.  Thanks up front.

Cheers,
Fritz

Plan-G / Re: Convert .plg plans to .pln plans?

Thank you, Joe M.  You know, if I had a brain I'd probably take it out and play with it.   :-[

Plan-G / Convert .plg plans to .pln plans?
December 15, 2010, 04:01:34 PM
G'day,

Thanks again for this beautiful program.  You are a prince among men, Mr Arnot.  I got all churned up and made this great flight plan but didn't read the new manual and so it ended up in the .plg format and thus it is unusable in FSX.  Is there a way that I can convert the flight plan into .pln format?  If not, I guess I'll have to start over.  Sigh.  Thanks again.

Cheers,
Fritz

Plan-G / Fly to Lat/Long?
April 09, 2010, 09:47:52 AM
G'day,

I was wondering if it is possible to set up a flight plan with a destination as a Lat/Long coordinate.  How would I enter the Lat/Long so as to create a VRP?  I can't seem to find a way, but that may be due to failing mental processes, doncha know?  Thanks for your consideration.

Cheers,
Fritz

Plan-G / Can't find download
September 30, 2009, 12:33:04 PM
Dear sir,
Well, I just registered, so no doubt I am missing the obvious.  I would really like to try your Plan G, but I can't seem to find where it is that I should go to download it.  I have been looking for a flight planner for quite a while, and yours sounds really interesting.  Would you help me out, please?
May life smile, Fritz
