How can I import fixeds waypoints, SID and STARs?

I saw that in FIND Option we can search NDB. VOR, and waypoints created by the user

Would be able to update the database with the AIRAC NAVIGRAPH, as is done with FSNAV, FSIMCOMMANDER or FMC systems?

I follow all instructions in the manual but I can not create a flight plan.

When I click on New Plan I can´t  set the aircraft and also I can´t add waypoints, airways, airports, etc,,,

I use the Flight Simulator 2004 and got registered FSUIPC. All software routines run smoothly except to create a new flight plan.
