This form of communicating isn't the best and as what I wanted to achieve falls outside of what you specifically do I'll say thanks and leave it there.

I am a big fan of you and Plan-G

Cheers,

Thanks.

I see you have taken only as much info from MSFS as you need.

I was hoping for all that info and simply don't know how to extract it from MSFS.

E.G. types of runways associated with the ICAO codes.

v234 looks cool - thanks for fixing the range rings.

OK, well it seems I've highlighted another area for your consideration which is great.

However, if you could point me to any db file either within MSFS or your app that I can access I would be grateful.

I was looking for a *.sqlite file but see none?

Any help appreciated.

V4 Beta / Data Tools EXPORT
November 10, 2020, 05:01:42 PM
I'm using v233 (great).

I'm wondering if the export feature to Airports_Export(PG).csv could include more data fields that must obviously be known from MSFS.

EG - see LEWF - Elevation, Runways, Length, Type (Dirt in this case)

I love this "type" of airfield and the export of all data would allow me to order and search for similar types in similar areas of the world.

I recently bought a UK farmstrips add on which is superb and I'd like to know similar strips in say Spain or elsewhere.

Can such an export be easily achieved or perhaps someone can suggest another method for me to gain this info?

Many thanks in advance for any help !!

V4 Beta / Build 233 - Range Rings
November 09, 2020, 10:03:28 AM
Hi,

I see no option via right-click on the map to HIDE range rings.

If I show range rings more than once I simply get additional range rings.

Dunno if this is a bug that has crept in or at what version this happened but I do recall this working many moons ago.

Cheers,

Bob.

You need to turn Traffic on in Settings - it is off by default.

Bear in mind also, that multiplayer traffic in MSFS isn't currently sent to external apps.

I assume you are expecting MS to allow multiplayer traffic in MSFS to be sent to plan-g at some point?

I'm unable to follow everything about MSFS's roadmap and perhaps you have been in contact with MS about this?

As you may know, this is proving to be a massive currently missing feature from many flying group's perspectives.

Many thanks for ALL YOUR OBVIOUS VERY HARD WORK.
