Plan-G / Link to DEM tiles is not working

Hi  :)

This link from the manual.pdf    http://www.ngdc.noaa.gov/mgg/topo/gltiles.html   does not work.

Can anybody help me ,  please  :)

If I remove the tick in ICAO Airspace on Map page, I can get the zoom / scroll wheel to work.
