Plan-G / Re: Not responding

Thanks, Richard...I changed over to the other User established on my PC and Plan-G opened without any problems. Next I opened it under my own User name (my main point of entry) and walked away for a fair amount of time to see if it would load. Eventually enough parts of it appeared for me to get the scale down and now it works.

There is one strange thing I have always noticed, though, and that is that most times (regardless of version) parts of the interface don't load until I run my mouse around where the desktop still shows. The final thing I did was reload my graphics card driver.

Now it works fine, so maybe something in all this may help out others.

John G :)

Plan G won't load for me anymore either and this might be the answer to my own problems. Can someone tell me, please, where to locate "ClearAll Settings"?

Plan-G / Ideal Flight

I have a problem where Plan G no longer works after installing the Ideal Flight utility. Plan G just locks up when opening.

This may or may not be a conflict between the two progams, but it looks like it is. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Plan G but it is the same.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Fixed. Thanks for that, Tim. Both programs now work fine. I had .Net 3.5 thinking that was the latest. Also thank you for such a quick reply.

Plan-G / Xtreme FSX PC
April 12, 2011, 09:01:47 AM
Hello, Tim,

I recently purchased the above program (a remodelled FSPS Booster program) and it handled my FSX loading of scenery etc pretty well by default, I thought. However when I went to load Plan G (the booster program was turned off but I suspect still running in the background perhaps) Plan G refused to load. It went through the first stages and hung up. Windows picked up that there was an incompatibility with Plan G and advised me to contact you). Before that I unistalled and reinstalled Plan G - no luck. Then I uninstalled Xtreme FSX PC and tried your program again - it just hung after the first stages of loading. I then uninstalled your program and reinstalled it and still no luck. It goes through the loading of airports and hangs. Plan G was working okay before I downloaded the other program. I have build 493.

Currently Xtreme FSX PC is off my stand-alone PC and I would love to get Plan G back.

What do I do next? I guess I am the first to strike this problem.
