Plan-G / can't get Plan-G 3 to display the PFD and other view panels

When I first installed it it worked fine. Now I can't get those panels to display. I'm running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit SP1, 3 nivida cards (2 GeForce GTX 580 & 1 GT 430) driving 4 monitors, 12GB RAM, ... any idea what the problem is?
