Downloaded latest version again with the same response. No problems with the earlier version which still works.

After playing around a bit, I can now display the map when I click on the 'google' icon in the k drive.
However when I close the map window and click on the Plan g icon the following appears:

Cannot find file K// google/html. Make sure the path or internet address is correct'

I run 'as administrator' on Vista.

Any suggestions?

Just a white screen appears. It is held on a memory stick  'k' which I used before with the previous version. The earlier program is presently held on hard drive 'C' whoich works OK. The manual also has not downloaded.
Sorry, not sure what you mean regarding 'permissions' - not too good on the technical stuff being as 'silver surfur'!!!

Hello

Just doiwnloaded the new version on a memory stick but when I run it I get the following message :'Plan G requires an internet connection. Please check your network connection and try again'.

Internet is connected however but PlanG is not picking it up - can anyone enlighted me as to how I set the internet connection to rectify the problem?
