16:52:48.4 FS directory is: D:\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\Community\

it finds a bunch of files in there.

It also looks in

16:52:48.4 Directory error: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\Jeff\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\Community\Scenery'.

It doesn't find the main sim data.
Did you specify a location for MSFS in Plan-G? If so, delete it, I would guess it's probably wrong.

Probably a memory issue while building the database - that code is prone to memory issues with MSFS (it's getting an overhaul). Try restarting your PC then build the database as the first thing you do in Plan-G.

At some point updated to latest v4 build (262, I think it is). Re-build database as suggested.
Seemed ok, but checked yesterday and no airports, no airspace, no VORs or NDBs, etc.
Re-build database: nothing.
Removed and re-copied v4 (seems there is no installation program any more?)
Re-build database again; nothing.
Add in additional scenery locations that I could think of.
Re-build database again; nothing.
Can you please review the log file and make some suggestions?
Cheers

But I don't have any Khorixas Airports, mine for example is "TT:AIRPORTSZ.KYKX.name"

I wouldn't trust airport names to MSFS. I complained about duplicate names (e.g. Khorixas Airport) and was told they sourced the data externally, it wasn't their fault there were errors in the data. Good Luck!

Just built my MSFS database and now all airport names are of the same format

TT:AIRPORTSZ.UKKK.name

The only bit that changes between each one is the ICAO code, e.g. UKKK -> UKKM for instance.

I am running the 40th Anniversary Beta v1.29.25.0

Windows 10, 32GB. Any idea what's gone wrong?

Ok thanks. It's running out of memory. MSFS database build is pretty much right on the limit for a 32-bit application (I'm in the process of writing a separate 64-bit app just to build databases, but that's a little way off yet). What you may need to do in the short term is try and maximise the amount of memory available: Reboot the PC then run Plan-G and build the database as the first things you do.

Here is a copy of my database you can use also, but it may not match your sim configuration (I have Navigraph data installed, for example): https://www.dropbox.com/s/e75e7tcp71fzpr4/Plan-G_NavDataMSFS.zip?dl=0

Thank you for taking time to look at this.

I do have a user.config file.  I changed all references of OneDrive to be local folders.  I also excluded the Plan-G folders from my antivirus program, and also tried running it as an administrator. No love.

Historically, when I have this type of situation with an application I have later found that another application or a setting in Windows is interfering.  That may be the case here.
