Map starts but immediately goes to Friday Harbor

With FSX running first and then Plan G, I can't seem to get away from Friday Harbor. I can load a flight plan, it appears on the map but the map immediately jumps to Friday Harbor.

I can't create a new flight plan since I can't get the airplane away from the default location.

1. Check what you have your Map Sync options set to.

2. You don't *have* to connect Plan-G to FS all the time - it will happily run standalone, where you can *always* create a flight plan...  ;)
