Altitude changes

Plan-G v2.01 allows you to set altitudes at each waypoint. Section 9.4 of the manual (page 25) says that these waypoint altitudes can not be used by FSX, and that's my experience.

Is there a procedure to automatically connect to these altitudes? Thanks
