Ghost text boxes

I've attached a screenshot of a VOR with a "ghost" text box just below and to the right of it that should be cream-colored and contain information about the VOR (name, freq, elevation). 

I don't know what happened to the information.  This happens erratically and I haven't been able to establish a pattern.  I searched the forum for anything similar but it seems this isn't a previously reported problem.  Any ideas?  (Might it have to do with the order in which I start FSX, Plan-G, and then connect, or the object types I've selected on the map for display?)

How bizarre. Try pressing F5 to refresh the map...
