Yes a registered version of FSUIPC v3.99

Does the error message describe what the error os? Or the Windows Application log?

I have FS9 running with the flight plan active. As soon as I click the connect button I get this message.

See attached screenprint

And how about the Windows Application log? Please also upload the Plan-G log.

I cannot attach logs requested as they are too large.

As a matter of interest I uninstalled and then reinstalled Plan-G. I then ran FS9 and Plan-G connected and ran perfectly but after closing the programs and restarting the same error appeared.

Hoping these will be acceptable.

Try turning off traffic in Plan-G - see if that helps.

Keeping my fingers crossed but that seems to have solved the problem so I can now get on with learning all about this very impressive program.
many thanks Tim for all your help.

Well everything seems to be going well. When I put Plan-G on the screen the sound disappears and I wondered if this is normal or can it be resolved.

tim arnot

That's a limitation of FS; nothing can be done about it.
