Have you re-run a full windows update since re-installing your .Net framework ?
It might be worth a try ..

Just to keep you informed:
Take look at the screenshot. This is my configuration from the beginning.
Monitor 1 is my main monitor I use it for (mainly) the Spot View.
Monitor 2 is the one I use for Plan G.
Monitor 3 is (mainly) the one I use for 2D cockpit and other windows (Radar, GPS, Radio, ..)
and is connected to the GTX 550 TI.
The monitor 2 was connect with DVI (digital) cable to the Graphic card GTX 560 TI and I had "the" problems.
Up to now I ONLY have changed the cable of the monitor 2 to a "analog" cable and use a convector plug.

AND .... up to now I have NO problems ...
I cannot explain, this is a fact ... I do not understand ..
