My error message on when trying to start the program: Plan G requires an active internet connection. Please check your network connections and try again.

Assuming you *are* connected to the Internet... check your firewall and antivirus, as they might be blocking Plan-G.

That worked. Thanks for the help. For some reason the program worked the first couple of times I used it then began to give me this error. I found in my McAfee sonfware that is wasn't allowing it to connect to google.

It doesn't work for me so I guess I have to give up this? I've tried to log on so many times now so I dont think it's gonna work on my computer! Too bad because I think this is a great program if it's possible to run it.

Please post your Plan-G log file, and the ipconfig output from both PCs.

Thanks for the answer.Been away for a week, and thought I would try to start up Plan G, and there was no problem so I have no idea what the problems was. Don't think my wife has cahenged any settings on my PC when I was away ;). Will send you the log when I'm ready :)

Has given up this project. You need to bee an engeneer to figure out this, and I'm not. Plan-G uninstalled !!! Bye :-[

Kjell, if your'e still reading the forums.  I'm only at kindergarten level with computers and software, if you listen to what Tim tells you, it's not a problem.  I am amased at how easy this program is to run, and the manual can't be any easier to follow.  Don't throw in the sponge so easy, if I can do it anyone can, believe me, and what a wonderful program it is.
