Adding new airports

Hello All.  I have read the manual and I cannot find the answer although I'm sure it must be covered somewhere.  Some months ago I built my database and entered all the airports into them.  Now, a certain firm has introduced new scenery for a particular country.  How do I enter these new airport updates, over FSX default.
