Why are the winds aloft columns in the weather field at odd altitude sometimes? 3000 is OK, but 4600 is odd.

Also, winds aloft are not displayed consistently, if at all. They used to be shown correctly most of the time, but they seemingly just stopped being interpreted.

Is there a way to log the reason or to see what Plan-G is doing with the METARs is receives from FSX?
