plan-g won't hookup with FS

Had to reinstall fsx and fsuipc and cannot get plan-g to hookup with FS.I have windows 7 and made sure to run as admin and compatiblity is windows 7

Hello Tim,  After new installation plan G will not hook-up,I have XP withFs9. It did before,program starts, when I connect I get fault message  (event type P4 window base, P9, and other secret signs) What to do please >:(
