Option to turn off overlay in FS Window when reaching waypoint

Hallo,

i am using Plan-G connected to FS9 for about a month now. All works fine, right from the beginning. Thank you for this great program!
My problem is, that i am using a pretty old hardware (GMA950 on a Thinkpad). So every overlay function (kind of bitblt) turns the system in a stuttering one (2-3 fps instead of 20-30).
Is there an option to turn off these overlays, telling me, that i am now approaching a waypoint?
