Not unless there's something in the newest version of P3D to support it - it's an FSX limitation, not a Plan-G one.

There is a tool in the wild which does it fine. The only problem is that the English documentation might be a bit sparse. However, it has an English GUI (--> enclosed pic). Even if it has more capabilities I'm using it just to run FSX in full screen and all the other helper applications like AS2012 and Plan-G on the second screen. The best is, it is free.

There is a complete english manual included in the download-package.
