FS9 Database

I have now downloaded versions v2.0.3.486 and v2.0.5.493. They download OK and the program opens, but when I click the highlighted icon for FS9n Database then click OK it jumps dtraight to my Addon Scenery folder and I get the error message 'program not responding.
The same happens with both versions. I tried taking the addon scenery folders out of the FS9 folder, but the database would still not operate.
Any ideas please?
