Holding Pattern Diagram

 At an NBD in Maine; namely, SZO, there is a required holding pattern.  Yesterday I was able to see this holding pattern on Plan-G.   Today I can't recall what I did for that holding pattern to show on screen.   Can anyone tell me how to make such a holding pattern appear?   Thank you.

It's probably part of an NDB Approach for whatever airport that NDB is attached to.
