The readme.txt mentions this utility, for uninstall, but I couldn't find it :-(

To uninstall will it suffice to use the Control Panel / Uninstall ... ?

It's not used for v3. ClearAllSettings deletes the Plan-G fork from the registry, but v3 doesn't use the registry for its settings.
