Waypoints from PMDG FMS not on Plan G map

I am using FSX with a PMDG MD-11. I get my FMS updates from Navigraph so I can be 'current' as I practice approaches that I will fly in a real MD-11. I like having Plan G running so I can get a feel of the terrain. I have just installed v.3 build 50 and am trying to figure out how to get all the waypoints from PMDG to Plan G. Any help would be appreciated.
I have taken the navdata from PMDG, made a CSV file and made all the waypoints VRP, imported to User waypoints and they show on the map as dots. I have since found out that IFR is another option for user waypoint categories yet the ones on the map that come from FSX are listed as ISEC. Making the CSV file is a bit tedious and any guidance on how to simplify the process would be great.

Best suggestion is to install the X-Plane data from http://data.x-plane.com/ This is much more recent than the MSFS data (it's still a few months old, but nothing like as outdated as FSX)

Be aware though, that there are no built in approaches in X-Plane. The data giveth with one hand but taketh away with the other...
