Airways in v3.0

I noticed that in 3.0 you can no longer select Higher/Jet Airways, only Lower Airways has a checkbox in the map tab. I have all other selected, when I deselect Lower Airways ALL The airways disappear (I'm  looking at Panama, Central America). We do have Jet & Victor airways and they showed fine in v2.0 but Jet Airways are no longer showing in 3.0.

Another problem I have noticed with 3.0 is that the airways -when shown, i.e. Lower Airways-  do not show a tooltip indicating the name of the airway. This feature is very useful for flight planning, at least the VA I fly for requires proper flight plans and that includes adding the name of the interconnecting airway between two navigation aids. I think this feature was also available in 2.0 but have to confirm.

The lack of tool tips is a known issue (same with ILS feathers and airspace)

Are you sure upper airways was supported in 2.0? (I won't have access to a machine running it before next week)
