No map just squares

Hi all,
Sometimes on starting Plan-G and sometimes during use instead of a map I get the screen covered on small squares with the message in each saying Exeption. "The remote name could not be resolved 'otile2.mqcdn.com' "  If I close Plan-G and reopen it sometimes taking several attempts, it will come good and display the map.  Any one have any idea what this all means  ?  Apart from that as an old FS Navigator user I think this is a fantastic and user freindly addition to FSX which I now cannot live without.

Sounds like it could be a network connection issue?

Hi donsplang,

when you receive that message, try this:
- open a command prompt
- write
ping otile2.mqcdn.com
and press "Enter"
What do you see? If the system says "Could not resolve otile2.mqcdn.com" (or something like this) instead of "Reply from ..." you must check your DNS settings.

Tried that and didn't get the message you posted and ping returned sucessfuly.
Any other ideas?
