download difficulties

Greetings simmers,
I am trying to download "Plan-G" using IDM; I only have dial-up(living in the country) I never complete the download. Does my alloted time expire ? I also am unable to resume the download so I am in a bind.....any suggestions ????

There's no timeout on the download as far as I know. The file is about 40MB.

BUT, You are aware that Plan-G requires an active Internet connection to operate? If you are using dial-up, this is likely to be at best, painfully slow.
