Auto Connect to FSX Using FSUIPC

I upgraded from Plan-G v 2 to v3 and can't get Plan-G to auto connect to FSX any more. My system is Win7 64-bit and I use FSUIPC v4. Maybe I have the wrong Plan-G connect parameters specified, but from what I get out of the U/G I don't see what I've done wrong.

v3 doesn't auto connect - it was generally considered to be more trouble than it was worth.
