WayPoint can't be drag

Thanks for the new Version.

On previous Version (3.0.71) a new waypoint after created could be drag on the map to another position.

The same can't be done on the last version (3.1.82).

Not sure I understand.  I'm trying to drag (on the map) a waypoint by left click on the mouse( as it was done on v 3.0), but the entire map is moving. also by right click no specific drop down menu is appears for make any changes.

couldn't find any "Edit Mode" in the program, (not in the manual as well).

Kindly be in more details.

It's the big button at the top, labelled EDIT. It was reintroduced from v2 at the insistence of many users.

Button EDIT was found in HOME ribbon.
