Can't network connect

First of all I want to say what a great Planner this seems to be. I just recently installed it

I am having the timeout crash problem when I try to connect over my network

connects no problem when I run on the same PC as FSX

Configs and log below

I would appreciate any help. Thanks

As far as I can tell, the numbers look like they match up.

Obvious things to check:

Is your simconnect.xml in the right place - C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX
link-Local - I don't *think* it's case sensitive, but you've got an uppercase L in there
Does your router support iPv6 - not much good if it's blocked by the box in the middle
Is port 4506 already in use by something else? Try a different port
Can you establish a physical connection - i.e. ping from one computer to the other, using both ip4 and ip6
