Using QDM: Range & Bearing

Hello,

Currently having issues with getting QDM to give any data on the info. screen. I right click a location, select QDM: Range & Bearing, draw the red line, right click again, and I get the info table, but no QDM data even though the box is checked.  Below is a sample screen shot.  Are there any settings I need to check or is this a case of user error? ::)  Thanks for any advice.

Home  Map  Data  View: click on view, then on the blue I (information).

Done.
