Download problem

I was using Plan G successfully for a while, but now it won't open. I ran an anti-malware program called Spyhunter 4 in oreder to get rid of anoying popyp ads and after that Plan G stoped opening,  I have uninstalled and reinstaledl the program several times, but it won't open. I am running Windows 7. Any thought about what might be the problem. I love this program and would really like to get it up and running again. Thanks.

No real clue. Does it create a log file?

Some virus programs, firewalls etc maintain a list of programs they intend to block. You could try looking for that.
