Build 94, How Long to Wait for Database Build

I D/L'ed version 94 about a half hour ago.  It has now been rebuilding the database for nearly 20 minutes.  Am I too impatient or is this too long a wait?  I have a screen saying "preparing database for new data" and the green progress marker is moving across the white progress bar.
