ver 3.1.2 building user waypoints for more then 2 hours

Hello

I just installed Plan-g and the build P3D database is still going after two hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
looking at the User\Documents\Plan-G Files\Data folder
userwpts3.sdf file is still updating
the file is still at 404kb same as the others
MEF AND PLANG3-FSX AND FS9 AND P3D have all finished
how long do I wait?

Ok I closed the program and restarted and ran the database again
and all is well
