FSX connection problem

Had no problem with previous version, but after installing vs 3.1.2.101 with Windows XP there is no airplane shown on map. Used various settings, SimConnect, IPV4 with FSUPI, etc. I get a two note sound after "connect" or a quick 3 note sound immediately but no real connection tho "disconnect" light is on.

F6 to to toggle user aircraft off & on. It may take a few seconds to appear, since it'll wait till the next refresh.

Thanks for prompt reply, Tim. Using the settings : simConnect with IPV4 there is a prompt accurate connection! All is well.
