Plan-G does not work.

I have had a problem for a few days now.. plan-g for Prepar3d  is not creating a database, or if it is, it is not recognizing it.. I have updated FSUIPC and SIMCONNECT to no avail, the home icon remains grey and cannot be enabled, and the program insists that I write a new database even though I have just run it.... I really would appreciate some help with this..Teecee.
