FSX defaults to last Plan-G plan; nothing but deleting the plan stops it.  If I switch to defaulting to just an aircraft at at airport FSX will still start with the last Plan-G plan; only plan from which I've made so-far.  Just installed it last night.

If you have an unsaved flight plan and don't shut down Plan-G properly, it will remember it. This is designed behaviour.
