Very Long Time To Build First DB

Hello,
I'm using the last test build with P3Dv3.
Installation was fine, on a different SSD.
First DB Building is taking very long time.
It is still running, I copied and attached is the log file.
Is the process fine that it's still running?

No. As a general rule, if it takes longer than 5-10 minutes something's gone wrong.

Here it's complaining about the database file being locked. This could be a user access rights issue - check if you have "Run as administrator" set (this should be the same as your P3D setting) - or simply that the file is locked from a previous attempt (in which case a log out/log in or reboot may free it). You can also safely delete the C:\Users\3D\Documents\Plan-G Files\Data\PlanG3_P3D.sdf file, since Plan-G will recreate it when it builds the database.
