Had this message on starting it this evening ,   Plan G has encountered a problem and needs to close ??  was working fine on my second pc  linked to fsx on a win 7 pc , no problems  now this ??
uninstalled , re installed no difference !! any advice please ??

Have a look at the log file (Plan-G_log.txt), or even better attached it to a reply.

Is the crash on startup, or were you in the process of doing something?

Have you recently updated any system components (DotNet etc)?

it's a crash on plan G startup , I have not updated anything to my knowledge

I cannot help you anymore then what Tim already said. What .NET version are you running on your XP system?

I would try to run Plan-G in Administrator mode. And rebooting your system is another option if you haven't done that.

99 times out of 100, that's caused by a DotNet update that didn't quite install properly, or got corrupted.
