Task Crash Version 3.13.113 Windows 10

Since a Windows Upgrade few weeks ago my Plan-G3.exe crashes on Start.
Apllication Error -- Modul for Crash: \Windows\system32\kernelbase.dll
I use Windows 10 64bit.

Sounds like something did get updated properly. Check for anything that might have been labeled as optional and not installed. If there's something DotNet needs that isn't there it'll just crash on startup. Unfortunately it won't tell us what it couldn't load.
