P3D Data Problem

Hi,
I have been trying to build the data base for P3D on my networked computer (I also have FSX-SE installed). When I select to "build navigation database" it allows me to do the one for FSX but for P3D it starts but is over in seconds (the Scenery in my P3D is far bigger than for FSX), does anyone have any idea what's going wrong?
Any suggestions would be greatly received.

Have you set the location for the P3D scenery.cfg?
